17th ITKF World Traditional Karate Championship

 

 

              

 

Accepting the invitation from Chairman of Egyptian Traditional Karate Federation, Ambassador Kagawa watched the 17th ITKF World Traditional Karate Championship (organized by International Traditional Karate Federation which founded by the Late Mr. Hidetaka Nishiyama, the well-known master of Karate), and made a speech in the opening ceremony, expressing his hope that international exchange will develop more and more through Japanese traditional martial arts.
