MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology) offers scholarships to international students who wish to study at a Japanese college of technology under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program for 2018.

If you wish to apply for Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) scholarship for 2018 for College of Technology Students, you can download necessary forms such as application form on this page.
 

*Please read “Guideline for 2018” and “Notes for Application for 2018” carefully before you apply.
*A graduated grantee will be awarded a diploma and an associate degree (NOT a Bachelor’s Degree).

*Application form will not be distributed at the Embassy.

*Only if you have any further questions after reading the guideline, please call our advisor for study in Japan.

l  Application deadline:

Ø   By hand : We will accept the application ONLY 9:00-15:30, Wednesday 24^th and Thursday 25^th, May 2017.

·      Accepting applications ONLY on those two days. Any applications will NOT be accepted before or after those two day for any reason.

Ø   By post : Your application form and other required documents must reach to the Embassy No later than Thursday, 25^th May 2017.

·      We will inform the examinee number to each applicant by Email. Any applications will not be accepted after the deadline for any reason.
