If you wish to apply for Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) scholarship for 2018 for research students, you can download necessary forms such as application form on this page.

*Please read “Guideline 2018” and “Notes for Application 2018” carefully before you apply.

l  Application day:

Ø  By hand.: We will accept the application ONLY 9:00-15:30, Monday, 15^th and Tuesday, 16^th May 2017.

·      Accepting applications ONLY on those two days. Any applications will NOT  be accepted before or after those two day for any reason.

Ø   By post.: Your application form and other required documents must reach to the Embassy No later than Tuesday, 16^th May 2017.

·      We will inform the examinee number to each applicant by Email. Any applications will not be accepted after the deadline for any reason.
