This Partnership envisages that the Japanese Government will provide support to all the stages of the Egyptian educational system: early childhood education, basic education, technical education and higher education. This loan is expected to increase the number of Egyptian students/trainees to Japan, thereby contributing to the efforts of the Egyptian Government to empower its promising youth.
