March 11,
2015 will be marked the fourth anniversary of the Great East Japan
Earthquake and Tsunami. As of January 2015, it is officially confirmed
that the casualties were 15,889 killed and 6,152 wounded, and 2,594 are
still missing. Japanese people especially those in the Tohoku region
have been striving for the reconstruction from this calamity which is
still a top priority for Japanese people and government.

Arashi fan club in Egypt, Egypt World Station, and The Information &
Culture Center at Embassy of Japan in Egypt would like to invite all of
you to join to our initiative of sending messages of Egyptian people to
encourage Japanese people especially in the Tohoku region under the
reconstruction, by visiting to the Embassy of Japan in Cairo and writing
your message in a prepared banner as follows:

(except Fridays and Saturdays) between January 19 (Monday) and February
2 (Monday), 2015

In front of the Library on the 2nd
floor of the Embassy of Japan in Cairo

The banner
of messages from Egyptian people hopefully including yours is supposed
to be delivered by Osunaarashi by hand during his proposed visit to the
Tohoku region in the middle of February 2015.
