Recruitment of a local staff (Full-time) at the Embassy of Japan in Egypt

 
Embassy of Japan in Egypt is looking for a full-time local staff to work in our accounting section as follows.
 
 Job description and duties
ｰAccounting and Clerical work in Japanese and English, including payment, coordination with various vendors, etc. (General affairs.)
 
Regular Working Hours
ｰ 8:30 a.m.- 4：30 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday, except for the Embassy’s closing days
 
Condition
ｰSalary：To be determined in accordance with the Embassy’s regulation based on education background, experience and other ability. To be paid overtime. 
ｰ Two years short term contact including three month-probation period
 
Requirements
ｰ To be an Egyptian citizen (or possess a long-term visa with work permission in Egypt such as permanent resident or Egyptian spouse visa, etc.)
ｰ To be fluent in Japanese and English for daily tasks. (additional fluency in Arabic preferable)
ｰ To have standard office work IT literacy (Word, Excel, etc.)
ｰ To be able to work from July 1^st, 2024(work starting date can be adjusted)

3) Copy of valid long term residence permit in Egypt
