Ceremony of Conferment of the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays, to Ezzat Mohamed Sayed, Liaison Officer of the Cairo Japanese School

On February 18, 2025, Ceremony of conferment of the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays, was held at the Cairo Japanese School to honor Mr. Ezzat Mohamed Sayed. This prestigious decoration is awarded by His Majesty the Emperor in recognition of Mr. Ezzat’s significant contributions to the promotion of Japanese culture and education.

 

Ambassador Iwai praised Mr. Ezzat’s dedication over the past 35 years in ensuring the stable management of the Cairo Japanese School and revitalizing the Japanese expatriate community in Egypt. He delivered a congratulatory speech in appreciation of Mr. Ezzat’s contributions.
Additionally, representatives of the students expressed their deep gratitude by presenting Mr. Ezzat with a commemorative gift and a bouquet of flowers, accompanied by warm applause from the teachers, parents, and all students of the school.

 

Later that evening, a celebratory banquet was held at the Ambassador’s residence, where members of the Japanese Association and the Cairo Japanese School’s management committee once again extended their congratulations to Mr. Ezzat, his wife, and his son.
