Notification about the reopening of the Information and Culture Center Library

As of Sunday, April 17, 2022, the Information and Culture Center library will reopen by advance reservation only. Please note that the number of library users is limited, as part of the measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and thereby, the library may not be available in the case that there are a large number of applications.
In addition, when using the library, please make sure to take infection prevention measures such as wearing a facemask, keeping an appropriate distance from other users, and keeping conversations to a minimum.
 

•  Each visitor can use the library for up to two hours
• Books are available only in the library.
•  Please register your name, occupation, the date and time you wish to use, at the following email address by 12:00 noon of the day prior to the requested date of use (Sunday - Thursday / excluding holidays). After receiving your reservation request, the center will contact you to let you know whether or not you can use the library. Please note that only those who have registered will be allowed to use the library, and those who have not registered will not able to use it.

1- From 9 am to 11 am (same during Ramadan)
2- From 11:30 am to 1:30 pm (same during Ramadan)
3- From 2 pm to 4 pm (open after Ramadan)
